At ToyJoy, we want every order to feel like a happy unboxing moment. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
- You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
- If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can fix it fast.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unplayed with, and in original condition.
- All tags, seals, and original packaging (if included) must be intact.
- The item must include all parts and accessories it came with.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and fairness, we can’t accept returns for:
- Opened hygiene-related items (if applicable)
- Items with opened protective packaging where a seal is required
- Gift cards and any digital products (if offered)
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Go to our Contact page and choose the subject “Return”.
- In your message, include:
- Your order number
- Whether you want a refund or an exchange
- A short reason for the return
- 1–3 photos (especially for damaged/incorrect items)
- We’ll reply with next steps and return instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take a little longer to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or our mistake, we’ll make it right and guide you through the easiest option.
- If the return is because you changed your mind or it wasn’t what you expected, return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Take photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item.
- Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll help with a replacement, refund, or another solution.
Exchanges
Want a different toy instead? We can exchange items if the replacement is in stock. If it’s unavailable, we can offer an alternative or process a refund.
